Moorookyle's green outdoor areas are on the way to completion, with some areas completely landscaped and others well underway. Stage 2 is registered, while Stage 4 is nearing completion and due to be finished by the middle of August. Moorookyle's last Stages 9 and 10 are also under construction and are both on program.
All around, flourishing trees and species native to the area are being planted to enhance and beautify the estate. Extensive use of natives and sustainable landscaping ensures a greener outlook for everyone, which has always been a major focus for Devine. Many of Moorookyle's parklands and gardens are designed to be drought-tolerant, and maintenance is continuing on all newly completed landscaped areas.
Leafy Clubhouse Park is now complete, and with its brand new outdoor gym equipment, colourful walking paths and pergola areas, is a terrific place to take the kids and enjoy some time spent in nature. Hillview Reserve is currently under construction and expected to be finished in September.
Naturally a green environment means more than beautiful parks, it means adding colour and growth to the neighbourhoods. Residents will be happy to know that streetscapes in Stage 6, Stage 7 and Stage 2 are all under construction.
Once complete, the parks and gardens will form part of the linked exercise circuit; just one element in the many which offer pleasure and enjoyment to all our Moorookyle residents.
