The 743-lot development is attracting many young families because of its local facilities and easy access via the Princes Highway to the Melbourne CBD.
Civil works including sewerage, drainage, and road works, are now underway for this new stage. Concrete work will start in February, and asphalt laying and lot services in March.
The company also expects street tree planting at the same time for Stage 5, comprising 68 lots, and for Stage 8a, which has 22 lots.
Work has now been completed on the exclusive Moorookyle Country Club and once open will give residents an exclusive opportunity to use the 25m swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, cafe and barbeque area, which are all part of the Moorookyle experience.
