Latest reports say just 17 of the 68 lots in Stage 5 are still available, as strong demand continues for the 65ha estate just 24km from the Melbourne CBD.
Of stage 1's 96 lots, only 23 lots remain available. Stage 3 has only 6 left from 77, and only 2 remain from stage 8a's 22 lots.
The registration of titles is expected in April next year for a new stage, 8b, which will contain 42 lots. Construction for stage 8b is now underway.
Club Mooroo is now open and operational for all purchases. The facilities consist of tennis courts, swimming pools, BBQ, gym & recreational area for all to enjoy.
